walking down shore road, at traffic lights takes you past the play park to black sands beach. If you turn left and follow the path it leads around the harbour and up the donkey brae through the car park and down the hill to the silver sands beach, where there is also a café. Plenty walks to explore

Silversands Beach is one of two award-winning beaches in Aberdour. It has a blue flag for outstanding water quality. There is a life guard during high season. Also a nice cafe - Sands Cafe - with nice views. On the Fife Coastal Path. If you set off from there towards Burnisland you can often see seals sunbathing on the rocks.
