Highest pyramid that you can climb ( I least I think you can still climb it)

From the top of Coba’s ancient pyramid, the jungle looks like a living green carpet. The Mayan Ruins of Coba are one of my favorite archaeological sites in Mexico’s Yucatan.

Tallest pyramid in the Yucatan. Go early while it is still cool out, then go to lunch and swim at Maya Tulum resort

“AKUMAL SNORKELING We set out from Playa del Carmen a little later than we had expected, arriving at Akumal around 10:45am. In retrospect, we should have gotten there earlier. The layout was pretty obvious, except for figuring out where to access the beach (hint: you go through the dive shop; see instructions below). Snorkeling with turtles in Akumal is easy. The small bay is protected by a reef. Big waves can’t penetrate the bay, so it is perfect for snorkeling.”

“The ruins are beautiful! A must see in Tulum. But go early in the morning if possible. They open at 8 AM. It gets very hot there. Take water to drink, and you can swim on the beach in part of the park.”
