After the Lebanese civil war, the Ghosn brothers had this dream to revive their land in Tanail . They established their distillery in the 90’s and began their journey with Arak Production. In 1998, the brothers partnered up with 2 French families Brunier from Vieux Télégraphe, Châteauneuf du Pape and Hébrard from Château Trianon, Saint-Émilion to support in the expansion of the winery and in the wine production process. Currently, Massaya produces 8 wine bottles: 5 Reds, 2 Whites and 1 Rosé. White grapes are grown in their Fakra location, a small production facility where the family also runs a nice restaurant and a sunset bar.

3 ingredients are what makes Massaya: - An authentic terroir cuisine - Exceptional premises with a wine-making facility - Very nice house wine and Arak tasting The owner, Ramzi is very hospitable and loves sharing his passion of fine dining (he closely supervises the operations, and is often seen behind the stove).
