Check out Etches fossil museum and maybe find your own fossils on the beach. There is a £5 parking charge to get to the bay.

Kimmeridge Bay is a gem of the Jurassic Coast, great for rock pooling and fossil hunting, with a visitor centre, super new museum and a pub opposite for a great pub lunch. Be prepared to pay a small sum (currently £4) to drive down to the beach.

A beautiful bay and beach, not too good for swimming and you wont find a cafe or shops here, so bring your own picnic but great for crabbing and rock pooling, this beach provides endless entertainment for all the family at any time of year.
