This spot really embodies getting healthy and having a really positive attitude, and that's just my kind of place. Everyone goes in the morning to get their fill, whether it's slow drip coffees, bone broth, or smoothies. Usually, I’m here for about two hours because I get a smoothie and a table and end up seeing a bunch of people I know. My friend Khalil Rafati owns this spot—he has an amazing story of going from being a drug addict on Skid Row to getting sober, writing a book, and opening his own shop.

We LOVE this smoothie restaurant. It's all organic and the smoothies are vegan but taste amazing. We suggest the million dollar smoothie, the matcha smoothie or the athlete smoothie!

“It is a long and wide strip of sandy beach extending a mile or two. Great place to play volleyball, surf, body surf and people watch. Surf lessons are available as well. Like all State beaches there is an $8 parking fee. There are amenities and snack bars. Just south of Zuma is a sign for Westward Beach. This is a smaller beach with a significant rock formation at it's southernmost end. This is a popular film location and, of particular note, this beach was where they shot the final scene of the original "Planet of the Apes" movie.”
