“This is the bar and live music venue where Phish developed their legendary music in the late 1980s before becoming an international sensation. It is now larger and nicer and is a great place to visit if you want a casual meal, a beer, or to take in some live music. It is kind of a Phish shrine as well. From the website: "The stage became legendary when a group of then-unknown local musicians known as Phish began to play regularly, sowing the seeds of their enormous following. Since then, the room has become Burlington’s preeminent live music lounge, and the home of what have got to be the world’s best gravy fries."”

“One of Burlington’s most beloved restaurants, Trattoria Delia has invited guests to enjoy authentic, expertly prepared Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, and smart, attentive service for over 24 years. The restaurant is located in the historic Vermont House, originally a turn of the century hotel. The restaurant interior was once a working sugar house that was relocated from New Hampshire. The room's focal point is a large fireplace, made from local Panton stone.”
