One of the newer vineyards in North Georgia, Ellijay River Vineyards was established in 2010 on almost 20 acres of former crop land. The vineyard borders the Ellijay River in the scenic North Georgia mountains.

Awesome picturesque vineyard! Grab a bottle or glass of their delicious wine at the top of the hill and head down to the river to where you'll find swings, hammocks, a fire pit, and plenty of seating. You can even paddle in the river.

This is the closest vineyard to the cabin. It will not dissapoint. Open Friday - Sunday noon til dark. The wine flows and so does the river. Seating, fire pit, swings and yard games are over looking the white rapids river. Bring your picnic - you'lll want to stay a while and all they sell here is wine. Update: Last time I was here they were selling cheese and cracker trays.

Ellijay River Vineyards is a small boutique winery just outside of Ellijay on almost twenty acres of relaxing and beautiful former crop land, bordering the Ellijay River in the North Georgia mountains. The vineyard sits on a gently sloping hill facing South, on mostly sandy soils on the inside of a bend in the Ellijay River.
