This is the most popular market where you can find all the fresh local vegetables, sweet corn, fruits like strawberry, oranges and flowers.

Kea Farm in Cameron Highlands I would say is well known for its vegetable markets. Kea Farm is also known as the Green Cow of Cameron Highlands.

That's where you buy the vegetables for your steamboat or BBQ at the evening.

Point of Interest
“If the interest lies in scenic vistas, enjoying charismatic natural surroundings and enclosing the panoramic beauty in the form of pictures, then an ideal location to visit in Cameron Highlands is the Lavender gardens. Beautiful landscaped garden covered with purple haze lavender is a brilliant sight to admire. Though not very big but it has well paved pathways that gives an excellent view of the entire colourful scenic extravaganza. A leisure walk along the garden is a splendid way to spend some quality time with loved ones in midst the treasures of nature. ”

Zoo
“Another one of the most famous farms in the Cameron Highlands is the Butterfly Farm which is also one of the oldest institutions in the area. If you love butterflies then you will have certainly come to the right place as there is an array of colorful species here as well as some other attractions. These include a tortoise section as well as an insect house, and all the butterflies are free flying so you will get to see them in their natural environment. One of the best things about the butterfly farm is that you can take a guided tour of the facility and guides will explain all the different kinds of butterflies on show here and give you information on their habitats and life cycles.”

Sögufrægur staður
“One of the arguably most interesting museums you can find in Malaysia can be found in Cameron Highlands. The Time Tunnel Museum pays homage to local culture and bygone times through over 1,000 artifacts, photographs and memorabilia. The best part is that it’s interactive as much as it is educational. You are welcome to pose with the props as you order a drink in an old kopitiam, run your grandmother’s kitchen, or ride a vintage motorcycle.”

“Something different from the other places. I usually go for the grilled fish but they are popular for a roast duck dish”

“This restaurant offers good views and foods (steamboat and order dishes from menu). Everything is fresh (even the seafood). Their service is fast even though they are packed. ”
