Raw wildflower honey is the star ingredient in all of the spirits offered by Catskill Provisions. Go for the free tasting, stay for the delicious food. We were blown away by the menu the first time we visited.

This place creates natural artisanal food products and craft spirits! They have a tasting room for their award-winning whiskey's, gin's, and vodka. Grab a cocktail, food (nice restaurant inside), or local honeys, maple syrup, and chocolate honey truffles.

Features hand-crafted artisanal foods, spirits, and provisions, all sustainably made in New York State with honey at its core. There’s also a really cool store inside. Favorites: the mixed drinks and small plates are always on point. Keep in mind there are no “main dishes” here
