Herrington Manor State Park is a public recreation area on 365 acres in Garrett County, Maryland. The focal point of the state park is 53-acre Herrington Lake. A fun time to spend the day with family at the beach. Herrington Manor also has many miles of hiking, biking, and cross country skiing to give you endless outdoor exploration.

Boating for non-powered boats only. Beautiful lake with hiking trails. Groomed cross country ski trails and lighted sled riding hill.

There is a nice beach area on the lake offering visitors swimming, fishing, and hiking trails. There is also a concession stand offering food, drinks, and canoe rentals.
