IT'S SO GOOD! real deal here in the Valley. A little bit of Louisiana down home cooking. Put a little south in your mouth. I love, LOVE the calamari. And étouffée. Kid friendly too. The Carloss family rocks this eatery.
One of the only and the most popular cajun restaurant in Bozeman. Serves the classics including po' boys and gumbo. Check them out on Sundays for beignets!

“Right around the corner from the studio, Sweet Peaks offer between 16 - 18 delicious flavors that are carefully crafted using Montana dairy and a selection of quality ingredients from Montana, Idaho and beyond. Flavors range from the classic (Lafaza Madagascar Vanilla) to the creative (Montana Christmas: Pine Soaked Cream and Huckleberries) and rotate with each season. Great ingredients and cool little place right in the neighborhood.”

“If you are looking for a little bit of a drive, this is an experience you should have. Three Forks is a town of only 2,000 people but boasts being right next to Headwaters State Park (this is where the Madison, Gallatin, and Jefferson rivers form the Missouri). We recommend going for a walk around the park and then checking out this small-town cafe. Nothing special but tasty food and diner atmosphere. ”

“If you are willing to take a short drive to Belgrade or need to pick up someone at the airport, it is worth giving Curry Express a try. The place is nothing fancy but the family owners are great and all the food is very tasty. ”
