One for chillier winter days, this cosy cash-only Korean place can get absolutely rammed at lunchtimes with local workers taking advantage of some astonishingly good value set lunches. The food may not cause the residents of New Malden to lose any sleep at night, but sometimes a comforting bibimbap or bowl of kimchi jjigae represents perfection enough; factor in the lovely and mind-bogglingly efficient staff and it’s easy to see why space is at such a premium.
