Organic Market & Cafe': The food is incredible for breakfast or lunch. At the Organic Market you can find their produce grown in fields and greenhouses on site as well as items from local farmers like organic breads, meats, eggs, fruits, and snacks. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, and high end. Architecture and design of the entire organization/property is unique and impressive!! A "must-see", it won't disappoint!

Great market & delicious cafe! If you are going for breakfast, be sure to arrive before 10:45 AM (they stop taking breakfast orders at 10:45am). Enjoy!

We love the burger, falafel, hummus, and smoothies! Vegetarian, vegan, and GF friendly! Kids menu and fresh baked goods also! If you’re eating at the restaurant look around at the market while you wait for your food for fresh produce (grown there), local meats, eggs and cheese, and other organic groceries. There are prepared foods in the back cooler—the cinnamon buns are a favorite!

Combination organic market & cafe, this gem of a place also offers events such as morning/evening outdoor yoga, farm tours, & a variety of cooking classes!

Best farm to table café in Pennsylvania. Celebrity chef Lindsay McClain, not related to John McClain, but just as good! She won the tv show Chopped and has opened restaurants in Vegas and Philadelphia as the executive chef, brings her talents to the Poconos. You won’t be let down. Café is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Highly recommend.
