Boats trips can go around Caldey Island to see the wildlife. Boat trips to land on Caldey Island to see the wildlife and lighthouse, churches, monastery and sample island made chocolate or perfume. I recommend taking a picnic. There is a tearoom too.

We leave Tenby Harbour Daily on a one hour cruise to explore the many hidden bays of Caldey Island. Two highly qualified and experienced local guides share an in-depth knowledge of the island’s wildlife, history and surrounding waters.. At the base of the giant Cathedral Caves we drift amongst the Grey Seal population. ESKABELLE – Licensed by the Maritime Coastguard Agency, she boasts three outdoor deck levels including a bow seating area, a large and comfortable indoor heated saloon with a great view and separate facilities. Available throughout your trip - a large selection of drinks from our fully stocked and licensed bar - teas, coffees, soft drinks and a selection of fresh cakes, ice cream and snacks. Island Cruise - A 1.5 hour passage taking in some of Pembrokeshire’s most scenic coastline. Cruise past Giltar point to the famous smugglers caverns before crossing the sound to the bird reserve of St. Margaret’s Island. There you can view the resident and visiting birds including puffins, razorbills, cormorants and more. Take in the enormous Cathedral Caverns on route to the cliffs of Caldey where we may see the seals in the distance, basking on the rocks. Suitable for all the family and great value! Sunset Cruise – July/ August. A 2 hour round trip passage down the coast and into the Atlantic Ocean to watch the sunset with a sundowner of your choice. Cocktails available! Tenby Watersports run from North Beach. Their Jetski tour often takes you around Caldey Island with amazing views of Tenby to be enjoyed on the way back.
