STUNNING hike! You have to have a permit for this hike. In order to get a permit you can apply online or go to the walk in lottery the day before. The lottery is held every morning at the visitor center in Kanab.

The best way to access the famous Buck Skin Gulch slot canyon. You will park then walk the wash until Wire Pass turns into a beautiful and tight slot canyon. It then joins up with Buck Skin Gulch which is the deepest and longest slot canyon in the Southwest. Check All Trails for more info and be sure to check the weather in advance!
