A 10 minute walk and you have arrived at the in-town place to go to have a picnic, launch your kayak, or to take the kids to run around on the grass. Amenities include a large grass area, free parking, observation deck, playground, seasonal restaurant (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), restroom, and one sand volleyball court. The City's only water dog park is located on the East end of Regan Beach. Dogs are permitted off leash ONLY in the dog water park section of the beach near the entrance to the park.
