It's iconic and a quintessential Madrid with an intriguing eclectic mix of folks. Live music on the weekends and Sunday afternoon is my favorite time to go.

Go see Monika up at the Cantina. Stroll down the covered walkway and check out the historical photographs. Take a seat at the longest bar (and one of the oldest) in New Mexico. Order the award-winning Mad Chile Burger. Rachel & I play music here once a month (Strangers From Afar). Live music nearly every day. The owners are good friends of ours and they really put a lot of thought and effort into the place.
