Atlanta Beltline is the biggest development of its kind in the world. I would suggest you read a little about it to grasp an understanding.
The old railroad line encircling Atlanta transformed into a car-free pedestrian highway. With various access points (one being Ponce City Market) walk or bike along the beltline to enjoy public art, nature, & exercise seeing the city from a unique perspective.

“I love Howells my son and I go there probably too much it's very kid friendly and the kids kinda play outside in the grassy area. They do have a full bar as well and the atmosphere is amazing. There pizzas are pretty good I always get the mozzarella sticks or buffalo wings.”
