Aside from gas station CVS should have everything you need should you forget something or need pharmacy access.

Within walking distance is the Island's CVS store that has many of the common items you might need for a few nights stay. The store is clean and staff are always friendly. Be sure to pick up a copy of the Island Moon if you are interested in local news on Padre Island.
