Beautiful secluded beach - 3 minutes drive, also within walking distance less than 1 mile away; walking route- take 9th St, go past VA hospital, then 8th Street. Terrific wide open mainly flat trail for walking, biking. Unobstructed rides for eBikes, eSkates. Trail runs along beach and goes all the way to cities of Monterey and Pacific Grove. You'll sometimes see paragliders over head and CSUMB students studying out here.

This is a very out of the way and usually a very quiet beach. It does take a bit of a hike to get down to the water but its a nice place for a beach run/hike.

I'm sure you will find all the popular beaches on your own. This is one of the less visited ones. Also there is a walking/biking trail here that goes along the coast for miles.
