This restaurant provides the best local cooking in the surrounding area. Anything on the menu is a treat. It is very laid back and extremely economical. You will have to bring your own beer or wine as they do not serve.

Another Mexican Option, these guys do sell alcoholic drinks and it is open on Mondays.
