If you're looking for casual, greasy, and delicious, this fits the bill; it is a classic ribs restaurant just off of the Cathedral plaza (Jardín Velasco).

A casual place that offers amazing pork ribs. The rib meat falls off the ribs. They offer 5 or 6 different BBQ sauces. The prices are very reasonable.
