This is out near Littlte Pond and will take probably an hour or so to get their - but if you want to teach your kids how to fish - this is the place to do it. They have stocked ponds so everybody catches something! The staff will help with cleaning so if you don't know how to do that - no worries! Once you have taught your kids how to fish you are all set to take on any stream in the Catskills - and there are many. Fishing is a great sport. The season on fishing is April 1 - October 31.

The local trout hatchery which has a stocked pond for fishing. They also sell smoked trout if you’d like to take some home. Call for hours.
