A magic place. It's a terrance on top of the main school of arts in town (Círculo de Bellas Artes) where you can enjoy a great and impressive view of the city while you have a cocktail. They also organice interesting events and meet ups as well as they serve food at a nice restaurant.

On the 7th floor of CÍRCULO DE BELLAS ARTES, "AZOTEA DEL CIRCULO" is one of Madrid's best rooftop bars in this guide, with a central location, fantastic views and generous opening hours. From the roof terrace you get an absolutely stunning 360-view of Madrid's skyline. Perhaps the best view in the whole city. The rooftop bar has reasonable prices and a fairly new restaurant in Madrid that delivers great Spanish and Mediterranean food throughout the day. Breakfast, tapas, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The rooftop bar delivers all the classic drinks in form of wine, beer, sangria, champagne and cocktails. There is a 4€ fee to get up to the rooftop terrace, but it is well worth it. On this very large terrace you find both comfortable and stylish loungers and classic bar stools, along with more eating-suitable dinner tables. Probably the best place in Madrid for a long rooftop lunch.
