Looking for a date night spot, the dining room at Edson Hill is a beautiful cullinary experience. Reservations required. And if you're looking for something more casual (yet super hip) visit the little known Tavern downstairs - it is first come, first serves and the tony spot fills up quickly

Upscale dining and bar with unique New American menu and top of line cocktails. Located at a boutique hotel with a nice outdoor area to stroll around during summer and fall. Cozy fireplaces indoors also make this a romantic winter spot. Advance reservation required. Best to call as they often have last minute options that don’t show up online.

Seasonal and American inspired cuisine! Edson Hill is tucked away into the rolling green hills of Stowe. The views alone are worth a trip, but sit in the Adirondack chairs and soak up the view to really appreciate this place!
