The roses are gorgeous! There are also many other flowers to see, a great old tree and several benches to just relax and enjoy the beauty.

This is a must see in the spring and summer. Bring a picnic and a camera. Enjoy a stroll along the Willamette river park and see the location where Eugene F. Skinner built his first cabin. From this side of the butte there is a perfect hike with an eagles nest about 3/4 of the way up the butte.
