This splendid neoclassical monument (built from 1842 to 1910) honours Porto’s past and present money merchants. Just past the entrance is the glass-domed Pátio das Nações (Hall of Nations), where the exchange once operated. But this pales in comparison with rooms deeper inside; to visit these, join…

Built in 1842, this used to be the stock exchange in Porto, and is nowadays the headquarters of the city's Commercial Association. The Arab Room is the most amazing room in the palace.

“The Tower, Museum and Church Clérigos are a must-see in the city. After climbing 225 steps to reach the top of the tower, you will be astonished by the view of the city (a 360° perspective).”

“This library is probably one of the most beautiful places to visit in Porto. By other hand there is always a big queue to get in even if you bought your ticket in advance. If is it worth? If you are staying in Porto more than 2 days, my answer is yes, if not, my answer is no. Additionaly, you have to pay 5€ to get in but if you buy a book you can use that value as a 5€ voucher. Also, don't take serious when you read in the internet that this library is related with Harry Potter because is not!!! Anyway, it is a big mark in Porto for sure. I love it.”

“ This amazing church was built in the XIV century. Its architecture is of the gothic style with some innovative symbols. During the XVIII century there were some significant works in its interior which brought to this Church all the splendor of the barroc style.”
