Best but not touristy Burger Restaurant in town

...well, it is not close by but you have to visit if you love premium burgers: They do the best I have had anywhere, also the sweet potatoe fries are simply exceptional. The craft beer selection is so good that some people only visit to buy these beers that you usually do not get to buy elsewhere. They guarantee that the meat is all from their cows and organic, they can talk 20 minutes about the bread they use for their burgers if you want to hear it....you get there best by subway
