Louie Mueller Barbecue is a Texas institution and the stuff Texas barbeque legends are made of. Louie Mueller has been in business for 64yrs, passing the torch not just from Grandfather to Grandson, but pitmaster to pitmaster. Brisket is the name of the game, and heavily smoked burnt ends is the only way to play.
