The Hilltown Cafe is a traditional country diner open from 6 am to 1 pm to serve the farmers and tradesmen before work and everyone else all morning through lunch time. A local favorite where everyone in town shows up. Reasonable prices, consistently good food (particularly the blueberry pancakes) with a family/small-town atmosphere.
