It has an amazing happy hours. Of course great prices on beer and wine but also great apps. Another, favorite of mine is pasta night featuring half-priced pasta and wine. Yum!

Red Rossa is more of a "chain" restaurant than anything else in Pierre. If you want Italian, you have to do La Minestra. If you want Italian and your kids want macaroni or cheeseburgers, Red Rossa would be better. The happy hours are a great budget friendly spot.
