Hilton Court Gardens is only a few minutes drive away and offers seasonal events throughout the year, from yoga, to wreath making to family treasure hunts! The beautiful gardens with lake and gorgeous wooden houses with hideaway holes, ladders and swings for the children to explore and run free are well worth a visit! Be sure to look out for event announcements on social media.

you will drive past the sign for this all the time but please please drive or walk along to it. amazing gardens to wander around for a small charge...fabulous cafe with cakes to die for...gallery pottery and jewellery shop. Another must visit place for us everytime.

££ A few mins walk from the tipi (on site). Hilton Court has two lovely places to eat between 10am - 4.30pm. The Tearoom offers hot drinks and delicious home made cakes, plus freshly made sandwiches - they have a beautiful decked area outside overlooking the gardens. Highly recommended on a sunny day. They also do a lovely Afternoon Tea (needs booking in advance) The Gardeners Restaurant in the courtyard serves hot meals all day, plus a variety of home made cakes.
