A mile up the hill- away from the river… is the Duchy! A lovely gastro-cafe, in the beautiful surroundings of the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery, the Cornish Home of the Duke and Duchess. You may well see them whilst you eat or browse the beautiful plants!

Great food, stunning location, epic shop and beautiful plants. Lostwithiel is a nice little town to mooch around and the view from the top of the Restormel castle would make for a great day out.

If you like good wholesome food or fancy coffee and homemade cake whilst looking at stunning scenery, this little gem is nestled in our beautiful Lostwithiel valley. It is a predominantly a Garden Nursery with a fantastic cafe/restaurant. It's only a 10 minute drive from the cottage up on the back lanes, but gets busy so you may have to book a table to be safe. Open Daytimes Only! There's a wonderful gift shop too.

Fabulous location overlooking Restormel Castle in the centre of the nursery surrounded by plants. The Building is well designed and there's an outside seating area. Great for coffee and lunch.
