Located on one of the most beautiful streets of the city, the outside tables of this place are ideal for having a morning coffee and pumping energy from the early sun.

“This is one of the oldest and well-known bistros in Sibiu, located on The Liars Bridge. Most evenings there is live piano music, the atmosphere is very nice and romantic. From the terrace you get a beautiful view of the sunset over the old part of the town, during summer. During colder months it is a cosy place to have a nice meal or glass of wine in the evenings.”

“Cafe Wien is the place in Sibiu for breathtaking views over the rooftops of the old town and beautiful sunsets. The food is ok but the Strudel is perfect! They also serve breakfast. You have 3 choices of places to sit... inside (in winter or when it rains, it is very nice), outside on the right side (good for relaxing in the sun and having a breathtaking view of the lower old town) or on the left side, where you can sit at the shade of a tree and still enjoy a very nice view.”

“ Best restaurant for traditional Romanian food! I advise you to make a reservation in advance because it is generally booked in the evening. ”

“The Brukenthal National Museum (Romanian: Muzeul Naţional Brukenthal; German: Brukenthalmuseum) is a museum, erected in the late 18th century in Sibiu, Transylvania, Romania, housed in the palace of Samuel von Brukenthal — who was Habsburg governor of Transylvania and who established its first collections around 1790. The collections were officially opened to the public in 1817, making it the oldest institution of its kind in Romania. It is a complex of six museums, which, without being separate administrative entities, are situated in different locations around the city and have their own distinct cultural programmes.”

“You'll love it here. Listen to modern music and enjoy even retro music from the 90's and 80's. ”
