Best breakfast and lunch restaurant on the ski mountain! It is fairly small and very popular so you sometimes have to wait a bit but it is worth it!!!!

Last but not least... Mountain side breakfast or brunch is few and far between in my opinion.. Paramount is your spot! I love the carafe's of Mimosa's and the S*$t on a shingle.. but their are also healthier varieties!

The food is delicious! This is one of the only breakfast places on the mountain. It can be pricy but is worth it.
