A great climbing centre for both beginners and experienced climbers. There is 'Crazy Climb' for kids and serious bouldering walls and climbing walls too.

Complete beginner to advanced level. Expert tuition for all levels including groups. Café with birthday party & group catering. Plenty of free car parking. Free WiFi. We are open 7 days a week: Visiting with friends or family but not climbing, or just fancy having a look around? Spectators are free to relax in the seating areas and café overlooking the climbing walls.

Beacon Climbing Centre is an exciting all weather venue, with fun activities suitable for the whole family. It's great fun for kids and the perfect antidote to boring gym regimes for adults! Humans have been climbing trees to escape from wolves and other scary stuff for thousands of years so don't let modern life supress your natural instinct to climb. Conquer our high roped walls for an unbeatable sense of achievement, experience the freedom of climbing without using a rope in our low level - bouldering - area or try something that's entirely off-the-wall: CrazyClimb featuring a series of wacky climbing challenges! Have fun and get fit! The aim is to ascend a climb using only the designated coloured holds â think of it as join the dots but much more interesting! Choosing the correct sequence of coloured holds and reaching the top provides an unbeatable feeling and a really fun workout. No previous experience is required and anyone can have a go. Spectators are free to relax in the seating area overlooking the climbing walls and can enjoy a selection of drinks, snacks and meals from the Beacon cafe. Free WiFi is even available!
