Abereiddi is a small stony beach with some sand at low tide. It is home to the blue lagoon which is an old flooded slate quarry. Red Bull Cliff diving has been held here. It is a popular place for swimming and cliff jumping in to the lagoon. Can get very busy with coasteering operators and general public. There is an ice cream van and parking can be limited. It has an interesting history with the remnants of the slate works. Once quarried the slate was transported to Porthgain Harbour for loading on to ships. 25 mins from Sutton.

Aberiddi is a little different to most of our Pembrokeshire beaches but has the warmest water in my opinion and has loads to do. Fossils are abundant in the shale and rocks on the beach. Rock pools and a walk to the Blue Lagoon keeps everyone busy.
