Beautiful views of the Salt Lake Valley and an alpine lake. Steep trail but worth it! Can get crowded so get there early.

6-mile roundtrip moderate to difficult hike (depending on your fitness) to a gorgeous view.

Very popular hiking trail so can be crowded at busy times, but incredible Wasatch scenery as you hike 3 miles and 2,700' up to an alpine lake reflecting Sundial Peak. Ask us for more trail recommendations with just as good scenery but fewer people :)

Great day hike that leads to an alpine lake. (Sorry, no dogs allowed.)

“Endless hikes and views in both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Lisa Falls is a favorite of mine. For climbers who like a thrill, the left side of the falls begins a narrow trail climbing up alongside the waterfall. ”

“A beginner hike for all ages with a scenic donut-shaped waterfall at the very top. Water is cold! Go around May-September”

“Black Bear serves hearty breakfast all day long. They also serve you standard American dishes like hamburgers and fries. The pancakes here can't be beat in my opinion if you like your pancakes sweet. This is a great place if you're itching for some home cooked breakfast foods.”
