Cafe Rio was started in Utah and has a unique spin on Mexican food. They have amazing Burritos, Salads, and Nachos. They are most known for their Sweet Pork in any entree.

There’s several Cafe Rios close by. I love their shredded chicken salads with cilantro tomatillo dressing and or sweet pork burritos.
