You get it all, Panoramic Views, Hiking Trails, Hot Tub, Prepared Wood Fire Pit, Waterfall, BBQ, Horse Shoe Pits and your own Private Master Suite, with a separate entrance. Once parked, a brick walkway will lead you to a private screened in porch and then to a keyed entry to your suite!

Set in the middle of beautiful Scott Valley-between Ft. Jones and Etna, CA. Cozy bedroom with queen bed next door to shared bathroom (when someone is in Red bedroom next door). Has a desk and chair. In modern manufactured home set in quiet rural subdivision of 5 acre or larger parcels. Fenced yard. Large, amiable Doodle and a small fluffy dog live here so a friendly dog would be welcome but please not on the bedspread! Very quiet. Hiking nearby.

Just five minutes from the downtown Yreka I-5 on-ramp, this is a private getaway just on the edge of town. Decorated with stylish mid-century modern inspired out-of-this-world decor (with some books about extraterrestrials believed to be in Northern California) we can’t promise views of anything other than Mount Shasta and our resident wildlife - numerous deer and wild turkeys and hares make our tranquil property home with the occasional fox to liven things up.
