Been in the neighborhood for at least 20 years. Run by a Japanese man every day. Great price and big sandwiches. Personally I love the avacado sandwich, but there are many choices. You can call in advance, and should, to avoid waiting in line.

Great take out or delivery, just have them leaave it by the elephant and text you when it's arrived instead of ringing the doorbell . Good sushi, miso salad, grilled salmon, fish and chips. Haven't tried the mexican style choices yet.
