Just down the road from our accommodation, the Studio in Poulton, this is a local pub with a difference. It's clean and modern, but with a traditional Cotswold feel to it. There is a garden with plenty of seating for sunny days. It has a friendly bar area where you can stand or sit and enjoy a drink, but the real draw is the fantastic quality of the food. It's very popular, and usually gets booked in advance on a Friday and Saturday night, so call ahead and arrange a table if you want to eat here at the weekend. The Falcon is open lunchtimes and evenings, but is closed on Mondays.
