We like to go to The Mint for their Sunday Craft Night when they have $6 craft cocktails and $10 chef specials. On days without specials, it can be a bit pricey, but it is all delicious, farm-to-table food to enjoy!

The Root Note offers a low-key place to get work done, read a book, or chat with friends. During the week they have a variety of events including jazz nights, open mics, music performances, and trivia. This is a great place to go for crepes, coffee, and work or drinks and fun!

Uptowne Cafe is a locally owned restaurant that serves southern food along with a variety of different options. It is the only place you can get a delicious chicken and waffles combo. We highly recommend it!
