La Jolla in general is beautiful! Walking along the beach at the cove is spectacular, you'll see lot's of seals in the water playing , sun bathing on the beach, just around the corner is great snorkling & kayak tours, they take you in some of the caves. It's a must to visit the Cove gift shop, for a couple bucks you can walk down a lot of steps into a cave with beautiful views.
