The team at the local info centre are fantastic, and they always have a board out the front that shows what's on for that week. Definitely recommend checking that out when taking a stroll down the main street.

Such a beautiful part of the country. Plan to spend the day here, and be sure to check out Squeaky Beach, a beautiful white sand scenic beach. Head into the little town Tidal River for food and supplies.

The Screw Creek Nature Walk is a short little walking trail (1.5km one way) at the east end of Inverloch (nverloch Foreshore Camping Reserve car park). Its a ~30 min walk, but loop around a couple of times to get your steps up!

This is a very handy grocery store that is local. Prices are slightly higher than say Coles in Wonthaggi but certainly convenient and 5mins drive away from the house. They have good quality fresh produce and meats. It closes 7pm at night so make sure you get in before then.
