Casa Tortuga is probably the best restaurant on the island. Their Italian menu typically consists of fresh fish carpaccio, pasta with seafood or fish, and a small dessert. There's also an option for pizza, and the pizza is some of the best pizza in all of Panama (not just Contadora). Highly recommended restaurant, and if you're going on a weekend best to make a reservation as it can fill up quickly.
