Head to Park Burger for a delicious a la carte burger and fries. This is a great spot for a evening meal solo, with young families or on a date. It has a nice vibe especially in the summertime when the patio is pleasant with a view of the garden center across the street. I like the burger with fig in season. You can enjoy a craft beer with your burger. Next door is an ice cream shop for a sweet treat.

Neighbors and I go to Nonna's for the quality classic Italian food, friendly family operated local environment, and delightful ambiance including live jazz music which often accompanies a weekend dinner meal there. The food is excellent and I have found that as a post-meal indulgence Nonna's serves, by far, the best cannoli in Denver! If you are looking for a local deal, weekly specials include Monday spaghetti and meatballs and Wednesday 1/2 price bottles of wine.

Wings Over the Rockies is a recent addition to the neighborhood after development of the former Lowry Air Force base. The museum showcases several historic planes and simulation opportunities in an interactive format. They also have frequent events where the exhibits are the backdrop. Through January 13th 2019, the museum features an exhibit in partnership with Boeing, NASA, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. More info here:
