I’ve never done this one, but my sister recommends! You can do a 3 hour hike here to see 2 waterfalls and a great lookout point on the escarpment: http://www.bittenescapes.com/hikes/websters-tews-dundas-peak-hamilton - it is part of a conservation area so there is a $5 fee per-person.

Less touristy and more of a trek to get in, but that’s part of the adventure! You can just park at the Chedoke Golf course and walk right, down the Chedoke Radial trail till you hit a river and then head right up a narrow path along the river. There are several other waterfalls in the area as well as sections of the bruce trail you can hike.

This is a bit touristy, but you can hike through the forest to the base of the falls (note that it is not recommended to climb far up the falls as many people have been injured/died this way). Beautiful waterfall though!

This is a great little breakfast/lunch/coffee place just around the corner. Proceeds go towards helping youth & homeless in the community. Cheap prices & great locally-sourced food!
