There are a lot of great yoga studios in Peterborough but as a member of HYP I highly recommend this one. It's warm, inviting and there are classes for all levels. I often have class passes available that you can use for a free class while you visit.

A lovely park with a paved trail on an old rail bed. Lots of biking and hiking trails in the wooded areas. You'll find plenty of friendly folks and dog walkers out enjoy the area.

This tiny little spot doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a popular spot with the locals. They typically offer 6+ different, freshly made soups daily as well as salads and sandwiches. The small soup is usually enough to satisfy any appetite and you can enjoy a fresh, hot soup with beer bread (the beer bread is highly recommended) for under $10! If you go at noon hour you probably won't get a place to sit, but the takeout is good option.
