I'm a local at Colosseo. It's great! They had to expand because they are so busy. Outdoor terrace available too. The atmosphere is very social and busy, (not romantic), however, the food is excellent. They also do deliveries! The best pizza in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Try the grilled prawns or their baguette pizza's.

The local bar and dancing club attached Musik Cafe. In Winter they build a hut outside called Miri's Hutte which is a traditional bavarian hut with Gluhwein (Mulled wine) and sheepskin seat covers. Very cosy. Peaches has American night on Tuesday's and always big parties on weekends and Halloween, Christmas eve etc. Good Dj's and music.

Sightseeing
Beautiful gorge walk. Take a torch or use your phone light for the darker parts. It's always pretty cold in the gorge and wet from the running river so wear appropriate clothing. There is an alm hut further up to which you can eat at. 5 EURO entry. A must see!

Then change to the train or cable car at the Eibsee Lake. Wonderful views. Walk over the Austrian side as well for a panoramic view. Check out the Ice Hotel, ski, eat up there, there's a chapel up there too.

One of my favourite places in the world. You can hire a pedal boat or row boat or take the guided boat trip around the lake. Hire a SUP board in town and paddle around the lake too. The walk around the lake is around 7km's and its beautiful. Bring your swimsuit and swim at the lake. Selfservice cafe and Pavillion restaurant on site. Parking EUR 5. Eibsee bus runs every 30min during summer and on the hour the rest of the year.

A great place to handfeed deer, goats, wild pigs, birds, etc. And see the wild bird show, as well as the bears, racoons, bison, lynx, fox…The playground and water play area for kids is amazing
